Enter the VIP Day. Where for one day, we plan, focus, and get stuff done. Hopefully with a few laughs along the way.

Option 1: Social Media Setup & DIY Strategy VIP Day

Duration: 5 hours
Delivery: In-person (local only – Hills District NSW) or Online

Inclusions:

  1. Social Media Setup: Establish or refine social media profiles across chosen platforms.
  2. Brand-aligned Canva Templates: Creation of a set of Canva templates that align with your brand identity.
  3. Content Pillars Identification: Define key content pillars that will guide your content creation efforts.
  4. Funnel Strategy Development: Outline a basic marketing funnel strategy tailored to your business goals.
  5. DIY Instructions: Provide instructions and best practices for you to independently manage and grow your social media presence.

Expected Achievements:

  • Complete setup of social media profiles ready for engagement.
  • Custom templates for easy content creation.
  • Clear content strategy with defined pillars.
  • Understandable and actionable funnel strategy.

Option 2: Done-For-You Strategy and Content Creation VIP Day

Duration: 5 hours
Delivery: In-person (local only – Hills District NSW) or Online

Inclusions:

  1. Strategic Planning: Deep dive into current strategies and refinement for improved performance.
  2. Content Creation: Creative brainstorming, template creation and potential video content recorded on the day.
  3. Campaign Planning: Plan upcoming campaigns or promotions, mapping out key actions and timelines.
  4. Analytics and Adjustments: Review of existing analytics to tailor content and strategies effectively.

Expected Achievements:

  • A comprehensive, actionable strategy for the next quarter.
  • A batch of fresh, ready-to-publish content.
  • Campaigns set up and scheduled.
  • Enhanced understanding of performance metrics and tailored adjustments.

 

Follow-up: A half-hour online meeting two weeks post-VIP Day to review the execution of the strategies, discuss results, and make necessary tweaks.

 

If you’re a local to the Hills District (NSW), we can work from the Castle Hill or Vinegar Hill Memorial Library (Rouse Hill) Meeting Rooms. These need to be hired in advance – let me know your preference so that I can book us in.

 

 

The annoying fine print:

  • Payment is upfront – if you’d rather be invoiced prior to payment, just flick me an email at hello@nogreysuits.com.au and I’ll get that drawn up and emailed to you shortly.
  • A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable if you cancel with less than one week notice.
  • Any refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Your participation is key to making these days work. Prior to the day, I’ll send you some homework. Please return it at least 2 business days prior to the day so I can plan.
  • Online delivery is via Google Meet. We won’t necessarily be face-to-face all day, we’ll take breaks, I promise 🙂
